James is the senior pastor of Favor Church in Manila, Philippines. Being in the ministry for over 19 years, James uses humour and energy to engage people with Jesus, his heart ultimately being that people would know God, and make Him famous. He desires to see them encounter the presence of God and grow as disciples of Jesus.

Andy leads Planetboom, the youth ministry of Planetshakers Church which cares for thousands of teenagers from all backgrounds and cultures weekly. He is passionate about seeing their lives be transformed by the power of God, and preaches with a conviction and authority that has impacted youth and leaders all over the world.

Joel and Carmen are the Youth Pastors at Victory Family Centre in Singapore. They lead a youth ministry called TheEDGE which sees hundreds of young people encounter the presence and power of God each weekend. Their passion and desire is to see young people rise up as leaders to make an impact in their generation.

Jeremy is the Senior Overseer of Victory Family Centre in Singapore. Having served on the pastoral team with his wife Charissa in youth, worship, small groups, and pastoral leadership, he brings with him a wealth of experience and wisdom in building ministries.

If you wish to host your own Elevate Experience, all you will need to do is to get your location ready for conference - we'll provide the band, speakers, content, and everything else via a private online platform. Set the atmosphere, fill the room, and you're ready to go!
